Always a day behind the site. Completed "The Hardest Moment" today...and it sure lived up to it's name. Mentally, the 20 Rds of 30 sec Swings/30 sec Rest was one of the hardest training sessions yet. By the time I reached the 8 rds of Front Bridge/GH Leg Lifts/S2H I was totally smoked. In total this session took me 1 hr, 12 mins...and I thought I was moving thru the exercises "briskly but not frantically".
